Staff applications not allowed

Alright, so i see applications of people applying for a staff position.Lemme clear this out, we will not have a staff member application.This clan you have to earn your rank, or just your not fit for the clan.The only applications we have is for event manager, which is NOT a staff position.We may have more positions that you can mke applications for, but as for now there isn't.Any staff application i see now, it's auto denied.

thanks......now sticky this thead.....also change it so only ranks can make threads in here.....

I don't need to stickty this, mainly because a sticky is only needed when it's extremely important.Also, as far as im aware of ranks can only post threads here, but i'll double check.
